The farmhouse "Il Muto di Gallura" offers a healthy and traditional restaurant, deriving from a natural agriculture which is also the basis of the nourishment of the animals that have been raised there for generations. Everything that is obtained from breeding and agriculture is transformed here, following traditional methods, into cheeses, cured meats, hams, vegetables in oil, meats and wines of its own production. Among the specialties to taste are wild boar, ricotta ravioli and Gallura soup, obviously all sprinkled with wine and good cheer.
